Hello, my name is Nick. I am 38 and I have a huge bedroom available February 1st in my two story tempe house. We are a few professional guys in our 20s and 30s who are pretty laid back. As long as you respect the house, others, clean up after yourself and pay on time, we don’t really mind what you do. Two cats, no other pets and 420 is cool as well. It's a big house in a quiet neighborhood.

The room is a whopping 16' x 22' with a shared bath. There is also a private balcony (almost as big as the room) with an impressive view. We are located less than 10 minutes from asu in a suburb that’s close to everything. It's the nicest neighborhood in Tempe. A perfect pad for a young bachelor or anyone who wants plenty of space and the privacy. The room will be cleaned and prepped just for you! Its so spacious that the last tenant was able to fit a full sized L couch, king sized bed, coffee table and a large desk with plenty of room to spare. Unlike lots of rooms for rent, this room will be your oasis. Oh yeah, did I mention we have a pool? Cox high speed internet 250 mbps or higher with unlimited data for gamers.

The rent is $850, due on the first of the month and the utilities range from $85-$160 depending on the season. Brand new A/C unit was just installed. Brand new dryer. Asking for $850 refundable deposit on move in.
