Looking for someone to help take on the cost of rent. the place is spacious, nice kitchen, mostly furnished(aside from your room- I have couches, a few TVs, dining table, and a bookshelf). the kitchen is nice and we have a washer/dryer in unit. guest bath is all you, but not attached to the room. The apartment complex has a little gym, a pool, and a dog park (dog would be fine but i think there's a fee with that). 909 w grove parkway if you wanna check it out online.

A little about me: I am a chill nerdy philosophical type. Lots of gaming, graphic novels, and audio books. I work OVN so a person thats a little more quiet or introverted would be ideal while im trying to sleep during the day, but i don't mind a bit of noise. I get along with others well, and know when to give space. I am LGBTQ friendly and open to all types of folks.

The Lords of the Land require that together we make 3x the rent, have 570 credit, and have no felonies. They will also need to run a background check.
