We have a nice closed-in backyard, grass, a storage shed, and a pellet grill.
Everyone at the house is around 30 years old and works full-time. We’re not home much.
The place stays clean, everyone is quiet and respectful of the other roommates.
No weird rules, we all clean up after ourselves and make sure the place stays welcoming and enjoyable for everyone.
