Currently, there are 3 guys living in the house. One ASU student, one is a former ASU graduate, and third is working. We are looking for a student or working professionals with similar interest.
Bedroom is month to month lease:
$495 - Medium size bedroom with shared bathroom.
Required to move in: First month and last month's rent.
Information regarding Utilities:
- Electric will be shared among 4 people.
- Water will be shared among 4 people.
- Gas is FREE.
- Internet is FREE.
About Me:
I am a ASU graduate, I keep my life balanced between socializing and work. I really enjoy going hiking, going to the gym, and playing videos games. I don't live on the property.
Looking for:
- Pays rent on-time (has a stable job).
- Cleanliness is important. That means, bathroom, living room, kitchen and bedrooms must be kept clean.
- Someone who will occasionally go out but not lock themselves in their room.
- No parties in the house and no loud noises or music will be tolerated.
- Guests are not allowed in the house.
- I will not tolerate someone who does not care about the safety or disrespects other roommates.
- Absolutely NO guns or weapons of any kind will be allowed in the house.
- NO drugs are allowed in the house.
- You have to be a Non-smoker. Don't even bother contacting me if you smoke.
- We are looking for like minded people.
- No Pets.
