Bought 2 years ago for 8k...asking for 5.5k (lower than market value). Moving out of state, priced low to sell fast.
Ran off of 15 amps the whole time (normal house outlet). Comes with 'Power Watchdog' smart RV surge protector and monitor.
Never used bathroom or sink (had access to a house the whole time). Tested to make sure they work though.
Minor cosmetic damage from my daughter putting stickers everywhere. Other than that, everything is in good condition.
