EVERYTHING WORKS LIKE NEW and with upgrades
My son and daughter-in-law lived in this RV in mesa this last summer and with the mini split stayed cool and comfortable, they were at an RV Park in mesa and electric bill never went over $200. we upgraded the hot water heater to an OnDemand so that showering or doing dishes was never an issue. TV is new and put on a swinging wall mount for better viewing. Refrigerator is the new 12volt style, so it works like a household refrigerator and works perfect. Roof was inspected and resealed. upgraded programable keyless door lock with key fobs, key pad along with traditional keys
This trailer was gone through top to bottom to ensure my kids were safe and comfortable.
