Very good, solid, clean and well maintained Fleetwood Bounder Class A Motorhome. I am the second owner of this RV, I purchased from the original owner in 2024 and took it to Montana in 2024 and 2025 to get away from the summer heat. The Fleetwood Bounder is highly considered to be a good, quality, solid model. It is clean, interior and exterior, no accidents, no exterior dents. The interior is in good condition, no rips or tears in the upholstery and very clean, all original appliances and upholstery. The original RCA CRT TV is in the bedroom (I have never used it) and I added a flat screen smart TV in the front with a King Wi Fi Extender with an external antenna (the original owner removed the original RCA TV). It has 2 slides, a driver side slide with the sofa and dinette and a passenger side slide in the bedroom. Queen bed, new mattress in 2024, jackknife sofa and dinette for extra sleeping. Dual roof air conditioners, propane stove/oven, microwave, ac/propane refrigerator/freezer, ac/propane water heater, propane heater. Mid cabin bathroom and shower. The interior is very roomy and tons of storage, interior and exterior. Fresh, gray and black water tanks and hot water heater are drained and clean. The rv is on a GM Workhorse chassis, 8.1 liter gas engine with a Cummins transmission, 5,000# towing capacity (I flat tow a Jeep Gladiator behind it). The mileage is just under 35,000, I put 11,000 on it in 2024 and 2025 combined. It has a 5500 watt Onan gas generator. I have serviced the chassis at Apache Sands in Mesa in both 2024 and 2025. Service in 2024 included new tires all around, new spark plugs/wires, chassis oil changes, generator oil changes, complete cooling system flush/service, complete brake system serviced, new belts & hoses and new wiper blades. Service in September 2025 included chassis oil change, generator oil change and new front wheel bearings/seals. A new chassis battery with a 3 year warranty was installed in 2025. I have the clear and clean AZ title in hand. The rv is nicknamed "The Beast"! The Beast is ready to take out on your next adventure, pack it up, fill up the gas, water and refrigerator and hit the road! You won't find a cleaner, better maintained, roomy used Class A anywhere in the valley for my $30,000 asking price. Jeff (480) 261-2978
