Location: Tempe / East Valley (On-Site)
Compensation: $20/hr + performance bonuses
Hours: Part-time, up to 5 hours/week initially
Schedule: On-site during business hours
• Option A: 9:00am – 3:00pm
• Option B: 8:00am – 2:00pm

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, patient, and reliable Technical Operations Assistant to help support and manage our internal systems. This is a hands-on, on-site role where you’ll work closely with modern macOS environments, messaging infrastructure, and backend tooling.
What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll gain real-world experience supporting production systems, including:
• Provisioning and configuring macOS environments and SIM devices used for server-like operations
• Managing Cloudflare-based proxy tunnels and secure connectivity
• Assisting with iMessage-based messaging systems, including API-driven workflows
• Working with Firebase databases to support real-time messaging flows
• Performing QA and system validation using tools like Postman
• Managing DNS records, webhook endpoints, and secure device communication
• Helping ensure overall system stability and message delivery reliability
Requirements
• Must be on-site during scheduled business hours
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent task management and follow-through
• Patient, organized, and comfortable learning technical systems
Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Familiarity with macOS
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or DNS
• Experience with QA testing tools (Postman or similar)
