Looking for Home Share (East Valley)

I'm an early 60s guy looking to share a single-family house (not apartment) with just **one other person, not a houseful of roommates.

Ground-floor only. Climbing stairs isn't an option for now.

I run my ad business from my home office. I don't have client visits at my home, always out.

No smoking, drugs/420, drinking or pets, and I'm very clean and organized.

I'm aware of what rent is going for these days for an upscale neighborhood, just tell me major cross streets and what you want for rent.

I'm not looking for a long-term solution, 3-6 months max. Just long enough to get past the holidays and find my own place.
