I'm a woman looking for a room in the East Valley. I'm a young 62, and would like similar age range for long term - a year to start. I also have two small dogs.
Right now, my resources are limited so an exchange for cooking and cleaning would help me a great deal until I can up my resources.
I really, really need to stress that this will be strictly a roommate situation, and not a relationship/companion interlude. I'm not interested in a romantic relationship. If that is your intention, please do not contact me.
I do have two small pets (dogs) that are house trained, well-behaved, and loveable.
Ideally, we could get together for a coffee and talk about this. The best case scenario would be house-sitting if you work out of town too.
I prefer the east valley, but will consider other areas, but NOT Phoenix, rural areas or out of State.
I'd like to move, and get settled asap; especially with the Holidays coming up. I'm pretty much packed, and ready to go.
