What you'll be doing
Maintaining a visible, professional presence at client sites
Monitoring property, access points, and activity
De-escalating issues calmly and documenting them properly
Representing STRAPT — and our clients — with integrity, every shift
What we're looking for
Valid AZ DPS unarmed guard card (or willing to obtain — we can point you in the right direction)
18+, reliable transportation, clean background
Solid communication skills and the discipline to work independently
Veterans, first responders, and career-minded folks are strongly encouraged to apply
