Pay Re: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Wh You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and when approprie, emergency response activities within a healthcare locion.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and communicing with site leadership and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed prols throughout the locion, including interior areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter grounds, with working conditions varying by site.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and help to deter unauthorized entry, trespassing, theft, and/or other security-reled concerns in accordance with post orders and applicable regulions.
• Support a professional environment by reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violions, and by following all armed post requirements, training standards, and equipment handling protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Have least 6 months of armed security-reled, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participe in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
