About the Role
We’re seeking motivated individuals who are interested in or experienced with unarmed and/or overnight security to join our team for a variety of upcoming sporting events, festivals, concerts, and more!
Key Responsibilities
Monitor for irregularities such as security breaches, safety hazards, or emergencies; promptly contact emergency responders as needed.
Stay alert for unauthorized persons or suspicious activity; engage appropriately or notify law enforcement as required.
Conduct patrols—on foot or by vehicle—to ensure the safety and security of personnel, facilities, and equipment.
Inspect doors, windows, and gates to maintain site security; lock/unlock buildings and monitor closed areas for unauthorized access.
Prepare detailed, accurate incident and activity reports.
Provide escorts for staff or guests when necessary.
Enforce rules and regulations, addressing infractions such as loitering or carrying prohibited items.
Qualifications
**Current Arizona Guard Card (required)**
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
No felonies or misdemeanors within the past 5 years
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physically capable of walking and climbing stairs for extended periods.
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Understand and apply company and client-specific policies with sound judgment.
Maintain accurate records and respond effectively in emergencies.
Must be comfortable working solo during overnight shifts.
