I rent rooms in my house in Phoenix. After seeing the advertisement for exchange students to ASU, that they pay $800 in RENT. I filled out the online form and applied. They responded with a rejection that I requested $800 RENT and they they do not pay RENT.
So the advertisement they constantly post here is false advertising, if you rent rooms flag it and do not waste your time to respond.
