I'm GenX, "female" for lack of a more specific term, gainfully employed, introverted, respectful and looking for long term because moving is awful and expensive. No criminal record (traffic violations don't count!) and I clean up after myself because my mom doesn't live there. 🙂

Will want to have a sit-down meet-n-greet to review things like respectful communication, household chore contribution/distribution, etc. Harmonious living conditions come from open and respectful communication and why would anyone not want that? :)
