I’m seeking either a room for rent or studio type apartment.
I have a 70 Service dog. He is a loving Pointer, lab mix which I keep in Full control and confinement of. This is a guarantee as to not conflict with any other animals or environment that may be present in your home.
Ideal, but not required, for me would be to have my own private outside access door as to not interrupt your current living conditions.
I am a very neat and clean person and would need to be in a non cluttered and clean dwelling.
I have worked since I was 14 years old, and as stated I am of sound character and pay my rent by the due date.
Currently living in Tempe, but my desire is to move to East Mesa or Apache Jct area.
My ideal, comfortable rent requirement would be in area of $600 month (or utilities included at 700) with a minimal or No security deposit. Desired move in date is early March 1st.
