Retired writer med developer wants partner (Chandler)

Hi,
I'm an old (pretty well preserved fossil) business writer who has saved the best for last.
I am finishing a couple patents that "could" complement today's AI applications. I also have five (5) books on health; aging; reforming a divided nation; and a scary fictional work on current disparities... plus a rather wild screen concept on AI and "why we are here!"
Here's my wish list for myself and a for a home owner.
1) A partner that I can help and can provide me with a good size room that will accommodate a single bed, desk and a work area with room for a couple shelves.
2) You have some interest in health and creative projects. I am literally within a few weeks of finishing several of above "blue sky" projects that"could" make a difference, and also hold some substance financial "potential" promise given right marketing chance.
3) I lost an old hospital and hot springs ranch (and several nice homes) that I was developing during 2009 banking failure. My partner also passed. I lost motivation, but with recent technology and LLM, I now plan to let AI help me finish my AI works and story... seems fitting!
4) I can only contribute to utilities, but will contractually make the right homeowner a partner in all above. I am ethical, respectful, quiet, and even known to be moderately entertaining (within limits of good taste :). I believe that I might be a considerable asset to you as well.
