We are looking for international college students. Typical length of stay is one semester, but also we have students for short term stay such as 2 to 4 weeks. We have students arriving year round.
Our students primary come from Japan, and most of them going to ASU Tempe campus.
You will have great experience with selected good students! You will be receiving rent from us always on time.
Rent amount is $800 every four weeks per student for furnished private bedroom (bathroom may be shared, please share your dinner and self served breakfast). You can host up to 3 students for $2,400/4 weeks (each student needs private bedroom).
You need to be located within 80 min. door to door by public transportation from ASU Tempe campus, but we need rooms in Chandler, Gilbert for short term stay (2 to 4 weeks) too.
