About 7 ft clearance will be needed for access for larger tractor and 3ft for the stand on loader. basic tractor work starts about +-75 per hr depending on how much work and equipment needed. garbage removal depends on wight and location. 12 yard dump trailer capable of 16,000 lb gvwr. Additional construction and related services also available feel free to ask.
