As an inside salesperson, you will be responsible for sales activities within Fogco's Home office. You will deliver exceptional customer service, build relationships, and provide product and technical assistance to grow sales. Sales channels consist of incoming leads/requests and expectations to proactively build business. Fogco in return will provide the training and technical expertise for a successful career. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answers incoming calls and process them appropriately.
• Responds to customer inquires, provides quotes, and takes orders.
• Follows up on new leads generated from website traffic.
• Demonstrates the ability and confidence to conduct business conversations with customers
• Prepares quotes and establishes/maintains follow-up procedures
• Identifies and resolves customer service issues
• Provides technical assistance and guidance as needed
• Establishes and maintains effective team relationships.
• Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes
• Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strategic thinker with technical focus
• At least five years of retail or inside sales experience
• Proven record of consistently hitting/exceeding sales targets or quotas
• Able to perform cold calls to generate new business
• Experience resolving customer service issues
• Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects
• Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• Basic math skills
• High school diploma or GED required
