We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help expand our presence within the commercial property management industry throughout the Greater Phoenix area.
This is a relationship-focused role centered on building partnerships, developing trust, and creating opportunities. If you have an established network within the commercial property management industry and enjoy connecting with people, we'd love to talk with you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial property managers, property management companies, building engineers, property owners, and industry professionals.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, property visits, and strategic partnerships.
• Attend networking events, property walks, industry meetings, and professional association functions.
• Identify opportunities for building improvements, maintenance, repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
• Work closely with estimating, project management, and operations teams to support client needs.
• Maintain professional communication and long-term client relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in business development, relationship management, commercial property management, vendor relations, or related industries.
• Existing relationships within commercial property management companies, commercial building ownership groups, or related industries are strongly preferred.
• Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, organized, and highly responsive.
• Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office preferred.
