Junk Removal
Cleanouts & Property Prep

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage B2B relationships (realtors, property managers, businesses)
Input and manage leads using Salesforce or similar CRM
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
Create and manage marketing campaigns, ads, and social media content
Improve brand visibility across digital platforms
Assist with website updates and content
Communicate with customers and guide them through our services
Requirements
Proven experience in sales and marketing
Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems----------------Is A Must ---------------
Strong communication (verbal & written)
Familiar with Microsoft Office (QuickBooks is a plus)
Skilled in social media and digital marketing tools
Highly organized with strong time management
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Reliable transportation
Compensation & Schedule
š° Base salary + weekly commission
šÆ Performance bonus after 3 months
š 60-day performance review with growth opportunities
š Tuesday ā Friday | 8:00 AM ā 1:00 PM
