Are you a motivated go-getter with strong people skills? Do you enjoy turning conversations into opportunities? Our Phoenix-based painting company is expanding, and we’re looking for driven Dedicated Project Managers to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do:
Generate leads through networking, facebook, flyers, referrals and more.
Communicate with homeowners and provide free painting estimates. Most of the time it's all done through text messaging on our platform. 6 out of 10 homeowners book without you ever meeting the homeowner in person.
Educate customers on our painting services, products, and value
You will be responsible for the entire project from start to finish. Generating the lead, scheduling, ordering materials, sending job details to the painters and collecting payment after the job is completed.
Build lasting client relationships that produce homeowner referrals. The gift that keeps on giving.

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
Sales experience preferred (home improvement or service industry a plus), but not required
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
