Hitch mounted cargo rack with ramp. For a scooter or small atv. Or can be used for camping gear etc. I used it one time. It’s fully assembled and ready to be used. All of the pictures are from Amazon. It’s selling for 200 now, and it was about 240 when I purchased it. It’s fully assembled and has everything as seen in pictures except for the straps.
