This treadmill is reliable and in good condition. It has 8 preset wowrkout programs, as well as manual adjustments for incline and speed to set your own program
It has the red safety strap in the event you should slip or fall in addition to the manual on/off button.
The motor is in good condition and works perfectly.
It folds so it can be stored in a very small space and with the wheels sit is easy to move around.
I prefer taking my walks outside regardless of the weather, so I don't use it anymore.
This is an opportunity to give a great gift for Christmas in anticipation of a New Year's resolution to do more exercise; and it can be used 24 hours a day.
