These are very well constructed ab straps! Very sturdy and padded. The metal carabiners, which are critical to the straps hanging correctly, are very large and are also very well constructed. These are some of the sturdiest ab straps I have seen. I love them and use them every day. Really help with range of motion and allow you to target abs more accurately. Also helps you get spinal stretch when hanging straight.
