Looking for single solo, quiet person like myself to share home in RV Resort. Two pools, hot tubs, gym, many more amenities, clubs and activities galore. You get the entire 1br house and carport. I've an additional full studio for myself with separate parking. Separated by steel door and individual entrances. There is a newly paved space in front for a Golf cart. I'm 60, considerate, professional. I travel often so you get the property to yourself 1-3 months time to time. No couples. I'm open to temporary for one in transit with 90 day min. Also a Rent To Own option. While this is a 55+ community, I can have a a slightly younger housemate. Biggest concern is common courtesy. Prefer someone still working with verifiable income and work outside the home. I dont care about credit scores. I find them very subjective. No heavy drinking, nor overnight guests. It's very tranquil here. You can hear a pin drop by 7pm. Lets chat about your needs and how this great priced rental in paradise can provide us both financial freedom while coexisting on a minimal level. Being fully furnished there's no room for additional large pieces. A desk and dining table at best. There is good storage avail in the large bedroom closet, extra cabinets and hydraulic queen bed platform to store more underneath. There is a shed in the carport. Fully outfitted kitchen. Great opp for someone who travels light. Non smoking home. Share in minimal utilities. I've
history reports. Costs are very low. Must be able to pass a min background check by front office to obtain approval and security gate pass in this beautiful community in the East Valley.
