Looking for a single solo, quiet person like myself to share my home in a Resort with two pools, two hot tubs, gym, and many more amenities. 1br. You get the whole 1br house and large carport. I have an additional studio for myself with separate parking. We are separated by a steel door and separate entrances. We do not share anything in you part of the home. There is also a space for a Golf cart. I am 60, quiet, considerate, non partying professional. I travel often so you get the property to yourself fir a month or two from time to time. This is not for couples and prefer someon who works outside the home. I am open to temporary rental for someone in transit with a 90 day min. Theres also Rent To Own options.While this is a 55+ community, I can have a younger housemate. Mid-late 40's ok. I'm in excellent health & active. My biggest concern is common sense consideration, no heavy drinking nor overnight guests. You can hear a pin drop in the entire park by 8pm. Lets chat about your needs and how this great priced rental in paradise can provide us both some financial freedom while coexisting on a minimal level. Being fully furnished there's no room for additional large pieces. A desk and dining table at best. However there is very good storage avail in the bedroom with large closet, extra cabinets and a hydraulic bed platform to store more underneath. There is also a shed in the carport for use. Fully outfitted kitchen. Great opportunity for someone who travels light. Non smoking hone and area overall. Share in minimal utilities. I have
history reports on my consumption. The costs are very low. Must be able to pass a minimal background check by front office to obtain approval and security gate pass in this beautiful community.
