As an Associate Customer Development Consultant you are part of a sales team that will make outbound calls to existing customers and introduce them to GoDaddy products that meet their needs. You will manage customer accounts for small businesses through a high level of consultation and grow your consultation abilities all while helping customers leverage the power of the internet, to expand their online presence.
*Help existing GoDaddy customers build their online presence, one unique story at a time
*Build rapport with each customer, get to know who they are!
*Through outbound calls, discover customers goals and needs regarding GoDaddy products and services for their business
*Manage customer accounts for small businesses through a high level of consultation
*Sell GoDaddy products and services with a short sales cycle and "one-call-close" mentality
*Become a GoDaddy product expert who advises customers on the best solution to achieve their goals
*Meet daily and monthly performance standards set by the Outbound department to earn monthly bonuses, which include but are not limited to: sales targets, schedule adherence, customer survey scores, and quality assurance
*Work at a fast pace to consult, recommend, and enable the right online product and service strategies to customers
*Complete a rigorous training and on boarding program to learn about GoDaddy products and sales techniques
*6+ months of customer service experience is required
*6+ months sales experience preferred
*Computer navigation skills is a must!
*Willingness to learn and an interest in technology
*Ability to meet or exceed expectations through a metrics driven performance standard

*High school diploma or equivalent education
*Because we're passionate about helping our customers make their own way, this role requires you to be physically present in the office to assist them; it also requires pre-defined breaks and lunch periods
