Has a 230 plug in, so unable to fire it up and not sure now to anyway.... This has not been tested by me, however in saying that, this was my husbands and I am almost 100% sure it is working. The crank is turning easily, so I was told this is an indication that it works....If it doesn't, I will pick-up and refund your money.
The wheels are bent, it's very heavy, not a great design for how heavy it is, but it still rolls......
