As a Plant Manager you are responsible for day-to-day operations, maintenance, repairs, and making sure operations are running smoothly.
Must know how to perform plant maintenance on cone, jaw, screen, etc.
Know how to operate a loader, skid steer, and excavator
MSHA knowledge rules/safety
Must have attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Must be able to complete all required workplace exams/ reports in a timely manner
