Apartment Maintenance Technician – Sun Lakes (South Chandler)
Pay: $23–$25/hr
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
On-Call: Weekly rotation — on call from Friday at 4pm to the following Friday at 4pm (one full week at a time)
We’re looking for a high-performing, experienced Apartment Maintenance / Turn Technician for a reputable property management company in the Sun Lakes / South Chandler area (Arizona Ave & Chandler Heights).
This is a temp-to-hire role with a fast hiring timeline. If you’re the right fit, you can be brought on permanently as soon as 1–2 weeks based on performance.

Must-Have Experience
You must have strong apartment experience, including:
Painting
• Clean lines
• Full repaints
• Color matching
• Fast, efficient painters ONLY
Full Apartment Turns
• Make-readies
• Punch work
• Fixtures, outlets, switches
• Doors, cabinets, hardware
• Basic plumbing (faucets, garbage disposals, drains)
• Basic appliance troubleshooting
• Work orders as assigned
• Ability to complete turns within a reasonable, fast, industry-standard pace

Requirements
• Must have your own basic hand tools
• Must have your own vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean background
• Reliable transportation to Sun Lakes / South Chandler
• Strong work ethic & good attitude
• Can work independently without slowing down when unsupervised
• Must be comfortable with a weekly on-call rotation (Friday 4pm to Friday 4pm)
