Looking for a multitalented maintenance technician with a strong foundation in HVAC to join our team. Our main office is in Chandler, but we have laundromats throughout the Valley and in Tucson.
General knowledge of common mechanical building equipment and general building maintenance required.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain order in a busy environment.
Must have a valid state issued Drivers License, good driving record and be insurable.
Must be legal to work in the US- WE EVERIFY
Start at $24 per hour- 40 hours per week
Service vehicle, tools and cell phone provided after probationary period
Benefits include 1 Week vacation after 1 year, 40 hours sick time after 90 days, paid holidays after 90 days
