Maintenance Technician needed at a large self storage facility in Chandler, AZ.
Primary Duties:
Lighting Maintenance, Drywall Repairs, Framing and Flooring Repairs, Door Repairs, Shop Upkeep, Keep Grounds Tidy, Assistance with Unit Clean Up, Various Handy-Person type duties.
Requirements:
Handy-Person Skills.
Detail Oriented.
Valid Driver License.
Read, Write and Communicate in English.
Walk, Bend, Squat, Climb Ladders and lift up to 90lbs.
Subject to E-Verify.
Subject to Background Check and Drug Screening.
Reliable Transportation with Company approved Policy Limits.
Hours:
15-20 Hours Per-Week
