Position Overview
We are currently hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians / Installers to join our team. This position includes service, diagnostics, repairs, system replacements, and customer communication.
We’re looking for people who:

Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform maintenance and inspections
Install HVAC equipment and ductwork
Troubleshoot electrical and airflow issues
Communicate findings and recommendations to customers
Maintain clean job sites and company vehicles
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
3 years HVAC experience preferred
EPA Certification preferred
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift equipment and work in attic/roof conditions
Strong troubleshooting skills
Positive attitude and team mindset
