Dandy Painting is growing and looking for experienced apprentice Painters to join our team in the Phoenix area. We are seeking highly skilled apprentices who take pride in their workmanship and understand what it means to deliver a professional, high-quality finish. You can learn from some of the best journeyman painters in Phoenix and advance to a journeyman position with our company.
This is an opportunity for painters who want to be paid well and work with a company that values professionalism, craftsmanship, and reliability.
PAY
• Pay starting at $18.00 per hour - (PAID EVERY FRIDAY)
• High potential for advancement

REQUIREMENTS – MUST HAVE VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE
We are looking for apprentices with real residential painting experience, not general laborers.
You must have hands-on experience with:
✔ MASKING, PREP, CAULKING, SANDING AND SURFACE PREPARATION
✔ GOOD WITH A PAINT BRUSH AND ROLLER
✔ ASSIST JOURNEYMEN TO COMPLETE PROJECTS
✔ WORKING EFFICIENTLY WHILE MAINTINGING HIGH-QUALITY WORKMANSHIP
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Verifiable painting experience and references
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be dependable, professional, and show up ready to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
