Growing residential electrical contractor looking for a motivated, organized person to help support both our office and field operations. This position is a mix of office work and jobsite visits and is ideal for someone who enjoys construction, problem-solving, and working with people.
You'll help review plans, assist with estimates and proposals, attend job walks, communicate with builders and homeowners, coordinate information between the office and field, and help keep projects organized from start to finish.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, easy to work with, willing to learn, and not afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with estimates, proposals, and material takeoffs
• Review plans and drawings
• Attend job walks and gather project information
• Communicate with builders, homeowners, and field crews
• Help coordinate projects from bid through completion
• Assist with project documentation and organization
• Support office and field operations as needed
Qualifications:
• Electrical or construction experience preferred
• Ability to read plans and drawings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers and standard office software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Compensation & Benefits:
• $23-$27/hr DOE
• Employer-paid health insurance
• Four-day work week, 40 hours
