Job Title: Skilled Foreman - Landscape Construction

About Us:
CYC Landscaping is a leader in landscape construction and installation for residential properties. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Skilled Foreman to oversee our projects and lead our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate landscape construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Install plants, trees, and flowers with precision.
• Construct hardscapes, including flagstone, pavers, and retaining walls.
• Build features such as fire pits, walkways, barbecues, and patios.
• Oversee the installation of irrigation systems, lighting, and water features.
• Train and mentor team members in best practices and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and report on project progress.
• Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in landscape construction and supervisory roles
• Strong understanding of hardscape and softscape installation
• Ability to lift at least 100 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Familiarity with standard power and manual landscaping equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
