Trusten Windows & Doors is a fast-growing, locally owned company serving the East Valley and greater Phoenix market. We specialize in high-quality residential window and door replacement, and we are looking to bring on an experienced Lead Installer who can lead projects from start to finish with confidence, professionalism, and skill.

We are open to both W-2 employees and licensed subcontractors.

This is not an entry-level role, and we are not looking for new construction experience. We are specifically seeking someone with a strong background in residential replacement installation. This is a project lead role, not just an installer position. We want someone who can run a jobsite, lead a helper or crew, communicate well with homeowners, and consistently deliver clean, high-quality installations without needing supervision or training.

Responsibilities:

• Lead residential window and door replacement projects from start to finish
• Manage jobsite flow, productivity, and quality control
• Train and develop helpers or newer installers
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the project
• Ensure all work is completed to company standards and customer expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all times
• Troubleshoot install challenges and make sound decisions in the field
• Represent the company well and help create a positive customer experience

Required Experience:

• Residential replacement window and door installation only
• Retrofit / jump frame window installation
• Full frame / block frame window installation
• Stucco-patch nail fin window installation
• Patio sliders and multi-panel door systems
• Entry doors, including pre-hung units and slab replacements
• Interior doors of all types
• Ability to complete projects independently and lead others on-site

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass an MVR screen
• Must be able to report daily to our office in Mesa near the 202 & 60
• Subcontractors must be properly licensed and insured
