Trusten Windows & Doors is looking for an experienced Lead Window & Door Installer who can be trusted to run residential replacement jobs from start to finish.
This is not an entry-level position. Minimal experience should not apply.
We are looking for someone who can show up prepared, bring the right mindset, use the right tools and equipment, lead the job, solve problems, communicate professionally with the customer, and get the work done right the first time. The right person should be able to deliver clean, efficient installations and provide the kind of customer experience that leads to a 5-star review.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Window & Door Installer to manage residential replacement projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role for someone who can confidently run a jobsite, lead and train team members, and deliver top-tier workmanship without needing constant supervision.
We are growing and looking for someone who can become our go-to lead installer and grow with the company long term.
Important:
This position is for residential replacement installation only. We are not looking for new construction-only experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and complete residential window and door replacement projects
Run jobsites efficiently and professionally
Manage job timelines, quality control, and customer communication
Train and mentor helpers or junior installers
Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners
Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges independently
Represent the company professionally at all times
Required Experience:
Residential window and door replacement experience is required
Retrofit / jump frame window installation
Full frame / block frame window installation
Stucco-patch nail fin installation
Patio sliders and multi-panel door systems
Entry doors, including pre-hung units and slab replacements
Interior door installation
Ability to run a project without being babysat

Able to protect the customer’s home and deliver a professional experience

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and MVR screening
Must be able to report daily to our Mesa office
Must have real residential replacement experience
Subcontractors must be properly licensed and insured
Compensation and Benefits for W-2 Employees:
Competitive pay based on experience
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour or piece rate options
