• Demolition and Removal
• Underground for ADU’s and Remodel projects
• Operate Backhoe – Trencher – Bobcat - Loader
• Pex pipe and copper
• Gas piping and test.
• Top out
• Know the plumbing code
• Work with inspectors and pass inspections
• Plumbing - Fixture hookup
• Other Skills related to Remodeling
Must have
• Customer Minded – Friendly, Knowledgeable
• Must take pride in your work – Great Workmanship skills
• Personal Appearance - Represent yourself well
• Dependable transportation.
• Follow direction – On time - Dependable
• Speak English - Spanish as a second language
• Non-Smoker – If you smoke do not apply
• No drug usage
• Must be an American Citizen – Pass E-Verify
• You are an Employee – W-4 / W-2 Pay - No W9 or I9
• No 1099 – unless you are Licensed by the ROC
