Hello to all interested skilled applicants. Our Company is J&B Construction and Maintenance. We are a privately owed and operated Contractor and Remodeling company. We specialize in all phases of Residential &Commercial work, ranging from small to full home remodeling. We are looking for a couple of multi skilled tradesman, or a small crew of skilled tradesmen to grow with us. Applicants with a wide range of skills will be considered first. The types of skills we are looking for are as follows.
1) Tile Installation, all aspects of flooring, kitchen and bathroom tile remodel
2) Electrical, basic knowledge of new line, receptacle, switch install, ceiling fans, electrical relocation etc.
3) Plumbing, basic knowledge of ABS, drains, pex A,B copper sweating, faucets, tubs, showers, toilets etc.
4) Drywall, basic knowledge of hanging to finish coat and texture including hopper orangpeel, knock down, skip trowel etc.
5) Painting, basic knowledge of interior and exterior painting, rolling, cutting straight lines with a brush, airless sprayer, masking, etc.
6) Carpentry, basic knowledge of installing baseboards, trim, door casings, jambs, pre hung doors and windows.
7) Framing, basic knowledge of home additions, garage additions, print reading, headers, joists, blocking, bracing, etc.
We offer a very competitive wage, or fixed price contract for small crews. Full time work! We are a great company to work for and constantly have more work than we can handle.
