American Roofing & Waterproofing, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee commercial and multifamily roofing projects throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with strong field management experience who takes pride in delivering quality work, maintaining safe job sites, and leading high-performing crews.
Position Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of multiple commercial roofing projects.
Manage field crews, subcontractors, and project schedules.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Coordinate with Project Managers, customers, and vendors.
Conduct daily jobsite inspections and quality control.
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
Order and manage materials and equipment.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily logs.
Resolve field issues while maintaining excellent customer service.
Train and mentor foremen and field personnel.
Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of commercial roofing superintendent experience.
Experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, coating systems, waterproofing, tile, and shingle roofing is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety.
Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
