Workify Staffing is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, permanent position offering long-term career growth.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate construction projects ranging from new facility builds to renovations and expansions. You'll collaborate closely with project teams, field personnel, and leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion
• Develop project schedules, assignments, and team responsibilities
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure success
• Conduct pre-construction planning meetings and track action items
• Maintain project schedules aligned with master timelines
• Prepare and submit monthly contract billings
• Manage subcontractor agreements and equipment procurement
• Perform cost analysis and final project reporting
• Resolve issues with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Conduct job site visits, inspections, and progress evaluations
• Communicate project updates, risks, and key issues to leadership
• Support continuous improvement and process enhancements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (required)
• 2–5 years of hands-on construction project management experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-focused approach
