About Us
We are a growing specialty finishes company focused on high-end architectural surfaces including Venetian plaster, Microcement, limewash, and decorative plaster systems. Our projects range from luxury homes to custom commercial spaces, and we take pride in craftsmanship, detail, and creating beautiful one-of-a-kind finishes.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality work, and wants to learn or grow in the specialty plaster trade.
Responsibilities
• Apply Venetian plaster, Microcement, limewash, and decorative finishes
• Surface preparation including masking, sanding, patching, and priming
• Assist with installation of cement board and waterproofing in wet areas
• Maintain clean job sites and protect surrounding surfaces
• Mix and apply materials according to manufacturer specifications
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship
• Assist with tile installation when needed (preferred but not required)
Qualifications
• Experience with Venetian plaster, stucco, drywall finishing, tile, or decorative finishes preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to follow finishing systems and application techniques
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
