Ideal candidates will have experience running residential and light commercial calls, a track record of providing top notch customer service, the ability to troubleshoot AC systems not operating as intended, offer solutions, perform repairs, and sell new equipment.
We have:
- nice vans that you take home each night
- company provided uniforms (that we pay for)
- Service Titan invoicing/sales software on Apple tablets (no paperwork)
- flexible pricing structure (so you don’t miss a sale)
- no dedicated sales tech (sell your own equipment on the spot)
Pay rate and pay structure TBD based on experience/preference. We are a small family run shop with a loyal and dedicated customer base, if you can take care of our customers we’ll take care of you.
1st call of the day is dispatched to you the night before, start from home with your van, run your calls, provide great service to our wonderful and loyal customer base, meetings few and far between... smiles all around 😎
