Have a 1998 apenlite 30ft 5th wheel. It is in decent shape on the outside. Does have a few minor imperfections here and there but is structural sound. Has good roof as well. Has dual ac units and both look like newer units and both work. The slide needs work as it only goes in and out manually. The inside needs a make over as someone tried to repaint and remodel it and failed. With some tlc and someone that is good with interior design could make it look brand new again and have ot how they want it. Located off ironwood/apachetrail. If ad is still up its still available.
