It is in good condition and my husband have done a lot of maintenance on it to keep it in good working condition.
It has gas stove and oven, option for a gas fridge (it has an electric fridge), gas heat, gas hot water heater, has remodeled tub and shower, lots of storage space. It has been great for us. We bought it when we moved to Arizona and lived in it for a few months while we were waiting to find a house and was actually quite pleasant to live in. It has some cosmetic issues but the interior is in pretty great shape. It comes with new battery. AC and heater both work great. Everything works. I am also including an HD antenna and extra door and window seals that go with it. Also has electric jack and comes with sewer hoses, all lights work. We would love to sell it because it is taking up too much space on the side of our house. Asking $8500 OBO.
