2004 Chalet Arrowhead A Frame, clean title
Easy to tow ~1600lbs, 19ft long
Been sitting last 10 months, needs:
-new tires and a spare tire & wheel
-reseal of leak in front right bubble window
-underside water barrier over floor patch
-new seals/bungees for roof
-seal up cracks in front storage box
-door lock mechanism is broken, but still locks and opens/closes (opening push button stays in until interior lock latch moved)
-couple lights are out
-new batteries (can show that most lights work on shore power)
-prudent to check propane lines (never had an issue, just haven't used in 10 months, will update listing if I have time to check that out)
Had a tire blow out that ripped up the rear left floor corner. It's patched up but doesn't have linoleum floor in that spot or undercoating stapled up yet.

Missing fridge since previous owner, they had small fire in that area, can see burn mark in photo 11.
Large front box to hold your camp setup.
Rear area fits a 75"x54" (full) mattress perfectly, front converts from couch to dining table.
Has 2 burner stove, I mostly used it for the heater during 3 summers working in Bozeman, MT.
