Insured as a 20' Carson Trailer. It took me a while to find it - these are very solidly built trailers.
Insulated on walls, ceiling, floor and front - didn't get back completed yet but we kept warm with a Lil Buddy heater in 20 degree weather easily.
Normal door handle and deadbolt on the side door
Full length awning
Full frame on top for storage or solar install if wished
Adjustable shelf in the back - can be used as additional bed if wished.
Will come with Curt weight dist. hitch setup
Also will add 200W solar charger - never installed. Plan was to install to charge batteries, but never got it done.
New when conversion was done in 2021
- 3/4" plywood floor, primed and painted with deck paint on both sides
- 6 new tires with 2 new wheels. 2 wheels / tires have never been on the trailer
- 3 wall - mounted T-Slot aluminum bed frames with mattresses.
- 1 semi-portable T-Slot aluminum bed frame and mattress
- 3k inverter
- 12v battery charger and battery hold down for two deep cycle batteries
- 120v outlet outside to charge batteries
- LED lighting inside with 120v outlets near the beds
- Freezer for ice cream when boondocking.
